Voters will go to the polls Saturday to decide on 13 proposed constitutional amendments. The Council for A Better Louisiana has taken a position on all 13. The Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce has endorsed amendment No. 3 and the Governmental Affairs Committee is reviewing No. 10.
Statewide elections for a secretary of state, an insurance commissioner and 13 constitutional amendments will be on the Sept. 30 election ballot. Early voting is 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. through Saturday, Sept. 23, in voter registrar offices.
