CHARLOTTE COUNTY -- The county is planning to buy 20 FEMA travel trailers and mobile homes for $500 each, then sell them at the same price to hurricane victims who have tried but failed to find permanent housing elsewhere.
PUNTA GORDA -- Some residents of the FEMA trailer park set up after Hurricane Charley worried that federal marshals would storm the place and carry out mass evictions.
