By Advocate staff report A Baton Rouge woman filed a lawsuit Monday in U.S. District Court against Eli Lilly and Co. claiming illness caused by the drug Zyprexa. In the lawsuit, Noel Dixon claims she developed diabetes as well as stomach and bowel problems after using Zyprexa.
